How she works
Sessions are collaborative and paced. Trauma work in particular starts with building capacity — noticing what happens in the body, learning to come back down from activation, and identifying the protective parts that step in when a topic gets close — before any processing begins. Clients set the pace, and stopping is always available.
Kelsey sees individuals, couples and families, and works closely with the LGBTQIA+ community in Las Vegas. Animal-assisted therapy is available: Mowgli, her certified therapy cat, joins sessions when it is helpful.
